Homesickness

Is the transition back to school taking a lot longer than anticipated? Are you feeling a little homesick? Missing your family and friends back home to a point that it's depressing to even think about home? Being homesick can generate an increase in feelings of depression, anxiety, some obsessive thoughts (generally about home, family, or friends), and even a decrease in immune system functioning and increase in physical illnesses.
