Ministers Marriage Enrichment

A minister's healthy marriage helps ensure a healthy flock

The Ministers Marriage Enrichment is a two-day getaway offering couples an opportunity to prioritize their relationship, granting it the attention and nourishment needed for connection and growth. The retreat utilizes components of the RelateStrong program, customized for the unique dynamic of marriages in ministry. The pressing demands of ministry often leave couples in ministry struggling to prioritize their relationship. This retreat is fitting both for couples whose marriage is in a season of distress or disconnect and for those couples in a season of connection and harmony who would like to further strengthen their relationship.

Helping marriages in ministry to connect and thrive

This restorative experience is led by licensed marriage and family therapists and includes interaction with other ministry couples facing the same professional challenges. Topics covered during the retreat include:

  • Conflict resolution
  • Spiritual gifting
  • Personality differences
  • Thriving in ministry
